The rhythm and the depth of our breathing directly affect the state of our mind and health.


Digestive Fire

Slow deep breaths, during Pranayama Meditation, help to activate our parasympathetic nervous system which is when the body gets the chance to recuperate, regenerate, to heal poor digestion, bloating, or constipation.
This is the optimal state for our body to digest all food efficiently.
 

Higher vibration crystal bowl sound healing

Rosa uses sound through her beautiful crystal bowl to clear blocks in the heart centre and heals deeper tissue on a cellular level. As the mind surrenders to the sound vibration our body and digestive organs experience deep blissful healing.

Charming award winning Austrian chef Philip Gandler lovingly creates sumptuous, seasonal energising healthy healing cuisine. Brunch is a feast with fresh eggs from Rosa’s own hens. Meals are prepared with locally grown fruit, vegetables, herbs (some from RosaYoga’s own gardens) and organic ingredients, the green smoothies and the 3 course dinner are to die for!
